[Collective Idea] Support offline maps
Application should support offline maps, especially for Outdoors
[Collective Idea] Allow to report and filter-out wrong pictures
Some images are in the wrong coordinates, it should be possible to filter such images out
[Collective Idea] Improve Search Filters
Filters can be improved by:
- adding support to filter by tags/strings: search for #waterfall near me
- adding support to filter out tags/strings: don't show #me and #selfie
- adding categories in search
- adding time of the day (morning, day, evening, sunset, sunrise)
- adding season (spring, summer, winter, autumn)
Notify about new photos in location
Allow users to subscribe for some area location updates and send notifications about new pictures taken there
(this feature requires a lot of thought and refinement)
See my own personal photo map
I want to be able to filter out my own photos from all the connected services so I can see my own personal photo map. If you could add geotagged photos from twitter, facebook, G+ etc., yours would be the only truly social mapping app.

Thanks for the nice idea.
I have seen several applications on the market, that allow users display their own pictures on the map.
For ViewPointer, I want the focus to be not on your personal map, but rather on ability to see what interesting locations others have found around you.
Still, I would put this feature as "Planned", because I feel this is something many people would like to have in the application.

Enter to resources account inside this app, you know "this photo like me, I want give it up a like" .

ViewPointer crash after latest update
after i push the orange button at the bottom right corner, view pointer just crash

I'm already working on a fix for that, but if you want a quick solution – you can go to settings and clear application data. Unfortunately, this would also clear your favorites.
Hotfix release is planned for tomorrow.
